本书是“海上共同开发靠前案例与实践研究丛书”中的一本，本书对海上共同开发的相关靠前协定、条约等靠前法文件进行了汇编整理，按照所涉及的共同开发事由进行编排，本书分成上下两篇，上篇为国外的相关法律文件，下编为我国相关法律文件。本书对研究海上共同开发具有很好的资料价值。
