    内容提要
    Thisstandard specifies the general technical specifications, inspection and acceptance rules,marking and quality assurance of electric locomotives.
    This standard applies to electric locomotives with single-phase AC 25 kV and 50 Hz on trunk lines with the gauge of 1 435 mm (hereinafter referred to as locomotives).
    Locomotives driven by rotating motor, similar to the ones in this standard,may refer to this standard.

    4.3.13 Facilities including wardrobe (clothes rack),tool cabinet (or box) and food heating device,etc.for train crew shall be provided on locomotives.
    4.3.14 The type, marking and numbering of locomotives shall comply with TB/T 1736 and TB/T 1737.
    4.3.15 All electric devices on locomotives shall be equipped with legible and durable marks with Chinese names and codes,and the requirements of TB/T1398 shall be complied with.
    4.3.16 All equipment installed on locomotives shall be able to satisfy the test requirements of TB/T 3058.
    4.3.17 The manufacturer shall provide new users with maintenance-related manuals and drawings.
    4.3.18 In addition to relevant documents,the manufacturer shall submit to the user tools and parts upon delivery of locomotives.
    4.4 Driver's Cab
    4.4.1 The driver's cab shall have broad view to ensure that the driver can observe clearly ahead signals,tracks and overhead contact lines.The driver shall not be forced to take improper position or made overstressed,or have exhausted eyes due to window or reflected light (sunlight or man-made light reflected from the window or other reflective surfaces),and the relevant provisions of GB 5914.1 shall be complied with.
    4.4.2 The safe glasses in conformity with GB 5914.2 shall be employed for the driver's cab windows.The front window shall be equipped with wiper,defroster and sun shading device.
    4.4.3 The driver's cab entrance door shall not be opened outward,and doors and windows shall be tight when closed.The layout in the driver's cab shall comply with GB/T 6769.
    4.4.4 The illumination of artificial lighting on the center of the floor in the driver's cab shall not be less than 301x and that on the console shall not be less than 60 lx.The indicating lamp and artificial lighting shall not confuse the signal.
    4.4.5 Operation devices in the driver's cab shall be convenient for the driver's operation.
    4.4.6 The driver's seat shall be fixed and soft,and can be rotated and adjusted up and down and back and forth.The seat shall be comfortable and of good vibration reduction performance.
    4.4.7 In the condition that all the auxiliary units of the locomotive are running,the allowable value of all the stationary noises in the driver's cab shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3450 when the locomotive is running with doors and windows closed.
    4.4.8 The driver's cab shall be equipped with electric fan or air-conditioning device.The performance of the air-conditioning device shall meet TB/T 2866.
    4.4.9 The driver's cab shall be equipped with heating device in accordance with the requirements of TB/T 2866.
    4.4.10 The displayed values of meters and display screen shall be able to be seen from a distance of 500 mm under sunlight and during night when lighting lamps are turned off.
    4.4.11 The special safety requirements of the driver's cab shall meet GB 6770.
    4.4.12 The limited values of human body vibration inside the driver's cab shall meet the provisions of TB/T 1828.
    4.4.13 The height from the lower end of the handrail of the driver's cab to the rail top shall not be less than 1 300 mm.
    4.5 Mechanical Part
    4.5.1 When the locomotive releases brake on level and straight track under rated load status,the heights of the car body underframe and the bogie frame (front,rear91eft and right),and the height difference between them,as well as the distance between the car body and the bogie (front,rear,left,right and diagonal) shall meet the technical specifications of the products.
    4.5.2 The car body (including doors, windows and top covers) as well as openings, doors, cover plates and power sockets of equipment casings installed at the external side of the car body shall be able to resist rain and snow,and shall not leak when being sprayed by 6 mm/min rainfall.
    4.5.3 If the car body underframe bears the load and equipment weight that equal to those under structural load status, when applying the longitudinal static force specified in GB 6770 along the horizontal position of the coupler center and applying uniformly distributed longitudinal static force specified in GB6770 at the lower part of the front window,the car body stress shall not exceed the design value and shall be free from compression,warping and other residual deformation.The design of car body and bogie shall meet the requirements of TB/T 1997 and relevant standards at the same time.The strength requirements for hoisting from one end shall be considered during car body design.
    4.5.4 The pressure of the main air reservoir,the performance of the air compressor and auxiliary air compressor,the compressed air production output and the air cylinder volume shall meet the design requirements.The circuit breaking voltage of the air pressure regulator shall be 900 kPa±20 kPa,and the closed circuit voltage shall be 750 kPa±20 kPa.The action pressure of the safety valve shall be 950 kPa±20 kPa.The actions of the air pressure regulator and the safety valve shall be accurate and reliable.The air tightness of the air system shall meet the design requirements.
    4.5.5 The performance of the brake used for locomotives shall meet TB/T 2056 and TB/T 2058.
    4.5.6 The brake rigging of locomotives shall be equipped with brake shoe slack adjuster,the brake shoe pressure of the independent lever transmission device shall not exceed ±5% of the product's design value, and that of the combined lever transmission device shall not exceed ±10% of the product's design value.
    4.5.7 Rust removal and prevention treatments shall be conducted for air pipelines before installation to guarantee that they are clean and free of rusting.
    4.5.8 Drivers' cabs shall be equipped with emergency brake device and service braking device.Locomotives shall be equipped with parking brake devices.
    4.5.9 The parking brake devices shall guarantee parking locomotives at a 25‰ ramp or a ramp designated by the user.
    4.5.10 The sanding device of the locomotive shall be able to operate well within the air pressure scope of the main air reservoir to ensure that sand can be spread evenly on rail top.The sanding quantity shall be within the scope of 0.7 L/min-l.5 Llmin (i.e.1 kg/min-2.5 kg/min) ,and the sand box volume shall meet the service requirements.
    4.5.11 The axle gear box of the locomotive shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
    4.5.12 Cowcatcher with height adjustable shall be provided for the locomotive,its central bottom shall be able to bear the longitudinal impact force that is equal to the static force of 140 kN,and its shape shall be favorable for removing rail obstruction.Snow removing device shall be able to be installed on the life guard.
    4.5.13 The traction motor shall be able to be lifted from above the bogie and to be lowered down from drop pit together with wheel set.
