    内容提要
    针灸学是中国传统医学的重要组成部分,以****的整体观为基础,以经络腧穴理论为指导,运用针具与艾叶等主要工具和材料,通过刺入、薰灼等方法刺激身体特定部位,以调节人体平衡状态而达到保健和**的传统知识与实践。为了满足针灸国际教学,促进针灸学术交流,提高针灸临床**,扩大针灸国际传播,推动针灸规范化、现代化、国际化,在美国、澳大利亚、加拿大等**的针灸学者的建议下,中国中医科学院程莘农传承工作室组成专家团队对《中国针灸学》进行了修订。对穴位的定位和命名,按照2008年世界卫生组织西太平洋地区《针灸经穴定位》标准,进行了修订和统一。
