加入WTO以来，中国开放经济发展取得了巨大成就。在新的开放经济背景下，发展迅速的中国民营企业正面临新的发展机遇和挑战。民营企业投融资、人民币汇率、风险投资、金融风险管理、WTO规则与贸易壁垒、民营企业国际化是中国经济发展中的热点问题。
第三届中国（杭州）WTO与金融工程国际会议（CICFE’2004）已于2004年11月5日至7日在杭州黄龙隆重召开，同时还召开浙江省民营企业国际合作促进会的成立大会并举办首届中国杭州国际金融产品展览会。本次国际会议论文集收录英文论文43篇，英文论文摘要8篇，中文论文9篇和摘要12篇。
