《中美比较文学学刊》(Journal of Sino-American Comparative )为中美比较文学界同仁共同创办和编辑，北京语言大学和美国南卡罗来纳大学为主体合作方，并共同在全中国和全美国范围内选择业内知名学者组成中方和美方两个编委会，分别受理和负责审阅中美学者的来稿。 《中美比较文学学刊》集中展示中美比较文学界在比较文学与世界文学学科范围内及其相关学科的*研究成果，探讨前沿理论问题，拓展文学批评空间，研究学术焦点问题。以期实现中美比较文学与世界文学研究的*平等、*直接、*充分的学术交流。
